Text Message Terms

By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Giovanni's Pizza at that number, including messages sent by an automated system.

Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can use everything we offer without ever agreeing to texts.

Depending on what you opted into: confirmations and reminders for things you booked or ordered, replies to messages you send us, and (only if you asked for them) occasional offers and news.

How often depends on your activity with us. We do not send a fixed number of messages per month.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further.

If you change your mind you can opt in again the same way you did the first time.

Message and data rates may apply: that is between you and your mobile carrier, and we have no control over it.

Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers do not promise message delivery, and messages can be delayed or dropped for reasons outside anyone's control here.

We use your number to send the messages described above and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. It is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and it goes to the provider that carries the message for us.
